This workshop series shifts leaders from setting outcome goals that sit on paper to driving high-impact improvement goals that change business performance. 
Through four full-day workshops, ongoing mentorship calls, and applied practice, participants learn to:

- Identify and define high-impact goals that matter most to the business
- Build execution habits and accountability rhythms that sustain progress
- Coach their teams through obstacles with confidence and clarity
- Grow capability in others while reinforcing ownership and accountability

Each workshop includes:

  • Pre-session communication to ensure everyone is clear, prepped, and excited
  • Session workbook, a digital copy of the slide deck and a 1-page session synopsis
  • Post-workshop feedback survey and review meeting with stakeholders
  • Unlimited communication between stakeholders and I from contract signature until workshop completion
Learning Journeys:
These are a series of two or more workshops designed to build upon each other, providing greater momentum and helping you progress toward your goals faster. Implementation work between sessions is included.
