Most team friction isn't a personality conflict problem. It's a contribute timing problem.
The Working Genius framework helps teams understand what the work actually requires, who's wired to contribute where, and how to stop leaving the right people out of the right conversations.
Too many people feel frustrated, underutilized, or misunderstood at work. Too many teams stay stuck, not because they lack talent, but because they don't know how to tap into the potential of the people already around them. Working Genius changes how leaders and teams think about work, and creates the conditions for more fulfilling, productive, and successful outcomes.
As a certified Working Genius facilitator, I help teams tap into their natural strengths through a hands-on Working Genius workshop that transforms how work gets done.

Developed by Patrick Lencioni and The Table Group, the Six Types of Working Genius is a powerful tool for understanding how people naturally engage with work. As a certified Working Genius facilitator, I help teams leverage this framework to transform the way they collaborate and perform.
The Working Genius assessment is the starting point. It helps individuals identify their areas of genius - the types of work that bring them joy, energy, and fulfillment. But it doesn't stop there. The real magic happens when we explore how each person's genius fits into the larger context of the team and the work that needs to be done.
Through interactive workshops and guided discussions, I help teams map out their collective genius profile. We look at where each person's natural strengths lie across the three stages of work - ideation, activation, and implementation. We identify areas where the team is well-balanced and areas where there may be gaps or overlaps.
Armed with this insight, we then work together to optimize the team's workflow. We look at how tasks and projects can be structured to play to people's strengths. We explore how communication and collaboration can be enhanced by understanding how each person experiences and contributes to work, and when and where those contributions are most needed. We develop strategies for supporting each other through the stages of work that feel less natural or energizing.
The result is a team that works together more efficiently, effectively, and enjoyably. People feel valued for their unique contributions. Work gets done with less friction and frustration. And the team as a whole is able to achieve better results with less stress and strain.
By providing a common language and framework for understanding work, the Working Genius transforms teams from the inside out. It shifts the focus from simply getting things done to getting the right things done in the right way by the right people. And that makes all the difference.
